The HELM Foundation empowers women and children in rural Kenya and across Sub-Saharan Africa
through education, healthcare, clean water initiatives, and sustainable development advocacy. We
equip women with self-defense and financial management skills, fostering independence, safety, and

Salt Lake City, Utah:
The HELM Foundation provides a supportive home environment for middle and high school students in
Salt Lake County, ensuring they have the resources to improve academically and reach their full
potential. Many of our students are the first in their families to pursue formal education, and we are
committed to guiding them toward success. Through mentorship, academic support, and leadership
development, we empower the next generation to build a brighter future. Get involved and help us
